The complete product is available under Apache-2.0. You operate the application and connect your own AI provider keys.

Local start

cp .env.example .env
pnpm install
supabase start
supabase db reset
pnpm dev

Use NEXAL_DEPLOYMENT_MODE=self_hosted. Community does not require Stripe or RevenueCat.

Security boundary

Keep provider credentials, tool execution, privileged writes, and runtime secrets on server-owned boundaries. Do not ship private keys in public web or Expo environment variables.
